Creating with Joy
Are you a creativity seeker who is ready to be brave, dissolve creative blocks, nurture your creativity and be kind to yourself? Flourish is designed to give you all of this as well as practical improvements in your art skills. Offering you space and techniques to explore so you can finally express the small, hidden truths that make you, YOU, this course will help you release and discover your sense of identity through painting and bring a sense of rejuvenation to your creative life. You can look forward to creating artwork that you never thought possible in an environment that provides total freedom to explore and a heart-centered space to express yourself creatively.
Please use what you have on hand and bring at least 2-3 of the following supplies along with your paper, canvas, or art journal:
pencils (plain or colored)
paper (any kind and size)
cardstock or blank cards canvas (any kind and size)
acrylic paint/paintbrush/water or
cover your workspace with kraft paper or newspaper

Your Guide: Katherine O'Shea
Katherine O'Shea is the founder of Soul Arts Cafe. Using her spiritual connection along with her abilities as a Tao Practitioner and artist she helps facilitate positive shifts in people's creative expression and how one relates to themselves as a creative; supporting others in releasing negative messages, information and mindsets that could be blocking creative juices and the connection to the heart's joy allowing one to step into a renewed flow of authentic expression.
