Creating Space for Gratitude
Let’s be honest—it’s been a rough few years. As we emerge from another Covid winter, let’s throw away our gloomy thoughts and gather to learn about one of the best tools we have to build resilience and positivity—practicing gratitude. Building a habit of gratitude has been proven to have physical and psychological health benefits, strengthens and deepens relationships, and fosters hope. Come away inspired to creatively experience more gratitude in your life.
Connie Stose, longtime art instructor and current Program Coordinator at The 577 Foundation in Perrysburg OH. Known for her gentle guidance and creative talents, she enjoys helping community instructors develop their teaching skills to better share their passion with others. She is a professional artist specializing in pottery, acrylic & watercolor painting, and mixed media.
