In this new course, we’ll embrace the notion that as a successful creative you need more than technical skill and conceptual prowess. You need balance and a sense of wellness in order to mentally and physically thrive in your creative life.
Led by Karen Krueger, a botanically based nutrition and skin care professional, this course will cover the basics of improving and maintaining wellness within your creative life – from sleep and digestive issues to mood and pain.
Starting with a deep breathing exercise, Karen will guide us through reducing stress, provide facts-based science behind many creatives’ health issues and lead a tantalizing conversation on mind, body, skin connections. As a group, you will create your own Healthy Living poster and wrap up with a glimpse into what our new creative life looks like.
